Contribution Requirements
Campaign finance laws limit campaign contributions to $500 per person per calendar year, and prohibit the use of money orders or cash in excess of $50 for campaign contributions. Contributions over $200 require employment information. Contributions and gifts to the Richard Ross Election Fund are not tax deductible for federal and state income purposes. Campaign finance laws prohibit contributions from corporations.
